ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Job Description

  • Filing and organizing of all expenses, receipts, and invoices from vendors.
  • Recording of financial transactions in the accounting system (Quickbooks).
  • Assist with inventory control and analysis
  • Assist with cost/profitability analysis on individual products and projects
  • Assist with data entry and financial analysis
  • Provide general office and executive administrative support, as applicable.

 

Requirements

Bsc. or MA in Accounting Degree or Current Major
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Experience in Quickbooks preferred

  • Research engaging topics and relevant trends for blog posts.
  • Research target audience and competitors to gain a deeper understanding of our market.

GALLERY/SHOWROOM MANAGER

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a retail strategy to achieve/exceed sales and profitability goals for flagship retail location.
  • Oversee the overall retail shopping experience based on brand standards, company culture, and values.
  • Manage all customer service (walk-ins, phone, or email inquiries) in accordance with company policies.
  • Supervise all day to day operating procedures: production of orders of arrangements (custom-made & showroom inventory), ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up or delivery, coordination of delivery/pick up of arrangements from Client homes/businesses. Invoicing, Collection, and estimate generation.
  • Management of all other operational issues including store maintenance, cleanliness, inventories, supplies, etc.
  • Actively network, interview, select, and on-board sales associates as needed. Train and motivate sales associates through on-going programs in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.

Job Description

We are seeking an in-house Publicist with a deep love for nature and extensive experience in the interior design, hospitality, and/or art field. Candidates must have experience creating PR campaigns, as well as strong relationships with national media. Required skill sets include press release writing, blog writing, media relations, event coordination, influencer marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Ideate and execute creative campaigns as well as develop creative tactics to heighten brand visibility.
  • Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
  • Researching and writing blog posts for our website and other publications.
  • Create and maintain media lists; conduct media searches/inquiries.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local and national editors and producers for earned coverage and partnerships.
  • Coordinating exposure opportunities with media, community and celebrity talent, as well as filling editorial information and interview requests.
  • Performing outreach to potential influencers to engage and discuss opportunities and contract negotiations.
  • Copywriting for press releases, blog posts, presentations, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
