CIRCLE OF MEDICINE MUSIC WITH FAMILIES

Cynthia will be sharing a circle of medicine music, singing and movement with you!
This experience will have lots of chanting, creation of songs, dancing, and an expansive interaction between all participants.
She will be bringing different kinds of musical instruments to explore vibrations, sounds and rhythms, in connection with the breath, heart and brain.
You will be touching, playing and feeling from quartz bowls to gongs, wood and metal. All the elements in sound.
